ECOLOGY T.P.D. 2000 ORCHARD & VINE SPRAYERS...

These sprayers feature a new lower profile design to suit narrow Orchard and Vineyard plantings. Model TPD is available in 1000/2000 and 3000 lt. fibreglass tanks. Model PT is available in 1000/ 2000 and 4000 lt. polyethylene tanks. Model TFS is available in a super narrow 2000 lt. fibreglass tank.

Our models are supplied with our new advanced Supermix multi-stage cross flow agitation system, fresh water tank and dual lid system incorporating chemical pre-mix for safer handling of chemicals.

Bertolini range of high-pressure diaphragm pumps 70, 110 and 150 ltrs per minute. Catterin range of high-pressure diaphragm pumps 80, 125, 165, 230 and 250 ltrs per minute.

 

High technology adjustable pitch fans available in 712, 762, 812, 865 and 900 mm, with centrifugal clutch and double speed high quality gearbox. Air straightening vanes are standard for certain models. This unique design ensures a uniform air pattern delivering an optimum spray coverage where it is most required in the canopy. As an option we can offer our 11-blade high volume fan which can deliver 25% more air volume.

Our selection of spray controls range from manual pentamatic, remote control by electric ball valve or cable to provide safe operations in tractor cabin. All our sprayers are supplied with heavy-duty chassis and axle, adjustable drawbar, foldaway steps and low compaction tyres.

All sprayers can be retrofitted with various attachments such as tree conveyors, double-sided vine deflectors and many others to suit your application.

  • Slide away step in operating position.
  • 2000 Lt. polyethylene tank with large lid strainer & power mixer strainer.
  • Heavy duty galvanises steel chassis. Cable control pressure controller fitted. Cables are "in-cab" mounted for operator safety.
  • Hydraulic hoses on "arrow head" platform. These hoses operate the "tilt fan" at the rear of the unit (this item is optional).
  • Art 59 Pentamatic rotary valve incorporating a pressure valve (with inbuilt relief) with sectional control for right hand, left hand or both with full bypass section and pressure agitation.
  • All pressure hoses are single wire hydraulic quality & bypass is low pressure safety hose.
