The GBV turbine pressure air system is a tool used for the ultimate heavy duty applications. Variants of this system are used in tall tree crop situations where normal ground operated air sprayers find the going tough. Fitted with a two speed gearbox, separate safety clutches on each turbine and the ability of spraying either ultra low volume with low pressure shear nozzles or with high volume ceramic nozzles, there is no task this model cannot handle.
Fitted with either the Bertolini or Catterin diaphragm pump systems and with dual pressure controllers, this model is definitely worth considering.

TANKS: Heavy duty fibreglass with non spill lid and strainer incorporating standard and narrow wheel type. Sizes available: 1000-1500-2000-3000 ltrs. New advanced Supermix multi stage agitation system.

PUMPS: High pressure diaphragm "Catterin" pumps available in seven models 104-240 ltrs. CP104, CP125, CP 150, CP 165, CP 184, CP200B & CP240B.
Optional: Bertolini series of pumps, four models 90-154 ltrs - PA908, PA1108, PA124 & PA154.

FANS: High technology positive displacement air volume. Delivered by individual turbine fan to each independent fish tail head. Turbine fan have as standard feature, centrifugal clutch direct coupled to a 2 speed gearbox incorporating neutral. All metal housing are hot dipped galvanised. Fish tail heads & housing can be manually adjusted for target spraying of various crops. This unit has two banks of nozzles so as to allow the application of high and low volume.

DRIVES: All sprayers are fitted with PTO shaft between pump and fan, eliminating belts and pulleys. Sprayers are also supplied with front standard outrigger or, optional wide angle PTO drive shaft.

FILTRATION: Large diameter strainer fitted on tank, high volume suction filter from tank to pump fitted with automatic valve shut off for cleaning purposes, spray nozzles are fitted with strainer's reducing nozzle blockages. Final manual self clearing filters supplied.

SPRAY CONTROLS: High pressure pentamatic valve fitted with pressure valve allowing you to increase or decrease pressure without leaving tractor seat pressure gauge included.
Option: Remote controls by electric ball valve or cable controls to provide safe operations within the tractor cabin.

CHASSIS: Heavy duty steel construction with heavy duty drawbar with several adjustable positions also as standard fully hot dipped galvanised. Slide away steps, rear fan protection bar.

AXLES & TYRES: All Sprayers are fitted with extra heavy duty drop adjustable axles & tyres to suit your needs.

OPTIONS: Fast filler attachment, electronic spray monitoring. Units also available with springs and brakes, Electric & Hydraulic. High Towers for Citrus, Mangoes and Macadamia Orchards. Spray heads on High Towers can be hydraulically adjusted to suit the height of your tree canopy.
