LINKAGE AIRBLAST SPRAYERS - TLE & TFL Series...
Strong fibreglass calibrated tanks. High pressure diaphragm pumps available in four models. Uses the latest technology varipitch fan with adjustable blades to suit tractor HP. Large diameter strainer fitted to tank. All sprayers are fitted with double PTO universal yokes between pump and fan gearbox eliminating belts and pulleys or direct couple.
Wide range of options available.

TANKS: 200/400/600/800/1000 Its. capacity super strong fibreglass, calibrated, internally flow coated, screw on plastic lids with breather valve, hydraulic venturi agitator fitted. Also available in 400/600/700 polyethylene.
Optional: Fresh Water Tank in 400-600 ltrs. Fibreglass only.

FILTRATION: Large diameter strainer fitted on tank. High volume suction filter from tank to pump with internal shut-off valve for ease of cleaning. Spray nozzles are fitted with strainer reducing nozzle blockages.

PUMPS: High Pressure diaphragm "Bertolini" pumps available in four models 70-90-110-154 ltrs.

Optional: Catterin series of pumps, available in three models: 104-125-150 Its. CP 104, CP 125, CP 150.

SPRAY CONTROLS: High pressure pentamatic valve fitted with pressure valve allowing you to increase or decrease pressure without leaving tractor seat, pressure gauge included.
Optional: remote controls by electric ball valve or cable to provide safe operations within the tractor cabin.

FANS: High technology, varipitch fan with adjustable blades to suit tractor HP requirements. Hot dipped galvanised (rust free) shroud centrifugal clutch, double flipover brass nozzles for high and low volume spraying all fitted with ceramic discs. TLE Series 660mm-712mm-762mm single speed gearbox, with neutral. TFL series 660-762-812-900mm. double speed gearbox, with neutral.

CHASSIS: Solid RHS steel construction with heavy duty, hitch linkages. Cat I or 2 pins, fully hot dipped galvanised steel.

DRIVES: All sprayers are fitted with double PTO universal yokes between pump and fan gearbox eliminating belts and pulleys or direct couple. Heavy duty PTO drive shaft supplied.

OPTIONS: Single side tree deflector kit for very high trees. Double sided vine deflector. Palmette tower deflector for closed planting orchards and vines. Straightening vanes available in TFL Series.
