SP SERIES
The movement of the wheels, through a gear-box set on their main axle, makes the disc with the spreading vanes turn. The advancing speed determines the spreading width. It is possible to increase or reduce the quantity of product to be spread by moving the special lever (fig. 1). On request this fertilizer-spreader is supplied equipped with a deflector for spreading salt and sand that allows to spread the product only below the hopper (fig. A) and with a handle (fig. B) to pull the spreaders manually when it isn't possible to use a tractor.

XL SERIES

Our machines have been conceived and built so as to reduce their overall dimensions for transport as much as possible in fact in a 20' container (6 meters long) we can load 250 complete spreaders. On request, the models XA-XL can be supplied equipped with the following accessories:

  • Deflector for spreading salt-sand that allows to spread the product only below the hopper (fig.1)
  • Side conveyor for side spreading (fig.2)
  • Articulated agitator for spreading powdery or damp fertilizers, it allows to stir the fertilizer before its dropping through the discharge hole (fig.3)
  • Mechanic remote control for the fertilizer flow adjustment from the driver seat (fig.4).
Available in 250 - 300 - 400 & 500 litre models.
XA SERIES

These fertiliser spreaders built in 150 to 500 litre models have been designed and produced in such a way as to contain costs, give the machines maximum working potential, as well as simplicity of operation, precision and long life.

Our fertiliser spreaders are built of the highest quality materials. The steel components are first degreased, than varnished with espossidic powder and dried in an oven at over 200° C. Suitable for sowing rice, wheat and other cereals as well as spreading salt and sand. Working speed: from 3 to 16 km/h with power take-off at 540 rpm.

P / 6 SERIES

Our continuous study of the problems related to fertilisation has led us the conception and the construction of a fertiliser spreader, series P/6. This new series of machines guarantee the farmer:

  • Maximum accuracy during fertiliser spreading.
  • Maximum functionality.
  • Durability of the machine.

Maximum Accuracy
The spreading system, by means of the oscillating tube, allows the spreading and sowing of different quantities and types of seeds and fertiliser's in an extremely uniform manner. Compared to centrifugal models, it does not separate products of different specific weights.

Maximum Functionality
Designed to be easy and practical, the machine requires minimum maintenance.

Durability of the machine
The components in direct contact with the fertiliser are made of anti-corrosive material and do not require specific maintenance after their use. The hopper, made of shatterproof plastic material, is sustained by a totally demountable steel frame thus allowing transportation costs to be reduced to a minimum. The feeding disk, installed on the hopper, is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and is built to offer perfect regulation and distribution of the product, even in small quantities.

XPA & XPI Series

Only a Company with over 20 years experience and with 95% of its production sold overseas could design this line of spreaders, which are practical, precise and simple at the same time, in order to meet the needs of the worlds farmers. The spreading width varies from 12 to 36 metres. Maximum precision in the feeding and in the distribution of the fertiliser and/or seed. Super compact spreaders with overall dimensions from 50% to 75% less than usual, depending on the model.
XPI Series
Available in six versions. Stainless Steel hopper bottom and spreading discs ensure corrosion is none existent at the critical end of the spreader.
Easy to load: The two basic versions are only 0.91 and 1.05mt high, the other ones have a removable side panel.
Spreading regulation: By means of a micrometric regulation gate it is possible to obtain the maximum precision also in the spreading of concentrated fertilisers and different kinds of seeds.
Simple design and functioning: Three different spreading patterns are possible by moving a lever, at 180°  or at 90° to the right or to the left of the driver.
High safety working standards: Both the transmission and the rotating parts are provided with safety cases in compliance with the CE Standards.
XPA Series
Available in six versions. Entirely made of FE360 steel and provided with a manual control
Double regulation of the fertiliser/seed fall onto the spreading disc, with consequent perfect distribution of the product.
The agitator at reduced speed keeps the fertiliser outlet clean and will guarantee a constant feed to the spreading discs. the protection grid blocks the foreign matters and fertiliser crumbs which could obstruct the feeding outlet.
The fertiliser hopper is completely removable and it is reliable even in the worst working conditions. Depending on the model, it provides the possibility of reducing the transport overall dimensions which are from 50% to 75% less than usual.
